We Modify, Fly, and Maintain Aircraft for Missions That Matter.
Defense, Civil, and Flight Test customers bring us a problem that has to be solved in the air. On station, on time, every time.
Who We Are
One Interest Runs Through Everything Here: To Create Value
Value for the customer, who carries something that has to be accomplished. Value for the people that customer is charged to protect. And value for the coworker, whose life is changed in the doing.
We are a family of artisans, three generations deep — people who connect with one another and with the work, and who trust that lives change because of it. One another is whoever we happen to be standing with: the customer, the partner, the person at the next bench.
From the Shenandoah Valley to wherever the work calls, every aircraft, every modification, every operation is how that value is made real.
There Are Two Ways People Come To Dynamic Aviation:
Current and future customers
You carry a responsibility for something that needs to be accomplished.
Defense, civil, and flight test customers bring missions that matter. This is the work, and how it is carried, across Modified Aircraft Operations, Integrated Solutions, and the aircraft and bases behind them.
