Campus & Bases
Integrated operational environments supporting real-world missions.
On Station. On Time. Every Time.
Dynamic continuously invests in land, buildings, infrastructure, and operational environments supporting modified aircraft operations — purchase, overhaul, modification, integration, flight, and maintenance, together.
Aircraft operated globally by Dynamic crews continuously inform purchase decisions, overhaul, modification, integration, maintenance, logistics, and future operational planning. The campus is intentionally designed to help those systems remain physically connected.
By the numbers.
What the campus holds.
Infrastructure
- Nearly 500,000 sq ft of operational infrastructure
- Over 700 acres
- 4,000′ x 60′ runway
- Nearly 100,000 sq ft of ramp space
- County water and sewer infrastructure
Real estate
- 8 hangars
- 6 office buildings
- 4 warehouses
- 6 houses supporting coworker and internship housing
Operational support systems
- ~150 pieces of rolling stock and support equipment
- Logistics and deployment infrastructure
- Customer sensor calibration test range
- Parking supporting ~500 vehicles
Continuous reinvestment
On average, the campus expands by approximately one building every three years.
These systems have been shaped through decades of stewardship, reinvestment, maintenance, and operational care. The campus is designed to support meaningful real-world work over generations.
Quick Reaction Capability (QRC)
Co-located systems, closely connected workflows.
Aircraft, infrastructure, inventory, and operational teams remain closely connected in an environment designed to reduce friction and compress timelines. These systems help customers remain operationally effective under demanding real-world conditions.
Operational environments
The campus is intentionally maintained and continuously improved to support coworkers, customers, and end users engaged in difficult operational work. The environment itself reflects the same attentiveness, stewardship, and care applied to mission execution.
For decades, customers facing demanding operational problems have visited Dynamic’s campus to better understand the systems supporting mission capability. Once experienced in person, the integrated nature of the environment becomes difficult to fully communicate through words alone.
Long-duration infrastructure. Real-world purpose.
Approximately 65% of Dynamic’s real estate directly supports Modified Aircraft Operations. The remaining infrastructure supports customers through long-term operational partnerships and co-located operational environments.
